GOLDBECK SOLAR North America Announces Departure of Co-CEO David Pichard

Toronto, ON, January 18 – After ten years of dedicated leadership, GOLDBECK SOLAR North America today announces the departure of its esteemed Co-CEO David Pichard. During his tenure, David Pichard played a pivotal role in shaping the Company’s trajectory and steering it through significant milestones. He has set up and grown the business with more than 250 MWp of solar photovoltaic projects across Canada and the USA.

Demonstrating ongoing commitment to the Company’s success, David will remain an executive strategic advisor to the Company on a part-time basis and maintain his role as a member of the Board of Directors.

During the past year, to prepare this transition and support its ongoing growth, GOLDBECK SOLAR North America has significantly strengthened its leadership team. The addition of Stephanie Mahoney as CFO and Michael Kendon as VP of Engineering and Project Operations has enabled the Company to strengthen not only its operations but also reinforce its capacity for innovation.

GOLDBECK SOLAR North America is also proud to introduce Constantin Lindenmeyer as its new CEO. After his tenure as Head of Strategy and Business Development of the GOLDBECK SOLAR Group in Germany for over four years, Constantin Lindenmeyer joined GOLDBECK SOLAR North America in January 2023 as COO and has served as Co-CEO since September 2023, working closely with David Pichard.

His qualifications and experience in the solar market, his deep understanding of our Company’s values and goals and his customer focus make Constantin the perfect fit to lead us into the future,” added Michiel Vanhoutte.
